Morning Snack : Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal w/Flax Seed ❀
Saute chopped apple in coconut oil in small skillet, sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg to taste, add about a table spoon of sugar in the raw and a little water. Let simmer for about 5 minutes will become like syrup. While apples are cooking, cook oatmeal according to package direction.
Lunch : Turkey Wrap ❀
Spread hummus & mustard on flatbread.......
add cheese........
add turkey.......
add tomato from my garden......
add avocado.........
add organic greens.........
roll & slice. Yummmm ❀
Remove pits from 3 Mejool dates, chop add to small food processor, add about a tablespoon each of peanuts, dried cherries, cocoa nibs & ground flaxseed process until combined. Dump out onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log, top with chocolate chips and enjoy with a cup of tea...deeeeelicious ❀
Dinner : Whole Grain Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce ❀
Bring water to a boil....then add salt.....
add whole grain spaghetti.....
cook crescent rolls according to package directions.........
meanwhile, brown non-hormone, no antibiotic turkey meat in large skillet.....
add good quality organic pasta sauce.......
