Drinking three cups of black or green tea daily drops stroke risk by 21%, concludes a new UCLA review of nine studies. Both of theses teas are packed with artery-protecting compounds that block stroke-triggering molecules in the brain.

Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean meat and low-fat dairy. Men who do this regularly have higher quality sperm than men who eat little produce and lots of processed meat and full-fat dairy, reports the journal Fertility and Sterility. Potentially harmful chemicals tend to accumulate more in fatty fare, explain researchers.
