They contain phytochemicals that turn off hundreds of genes that tell cancer to grow, reveals a study from Ohio State University Comprehensive Care Center.

2 Tame tension
     with strawberries!
These sweet treats are loaded with vitamin C, which helps black the production of stress hormones such as cortisol, according to a recent study from the University of Alabama.

3 Melt belly fat
     with blueberries!
Antioxidant-rich blueberries change how the body stores and processes sugar for energy. In fact, animals on a diet loaded with blueberries lost more weight around their middle after 90 days than those who didn't  eat the berries--and the same effect holds true for humans, say the University of Michigan researchers who led the study.

4 Prevent wrinkles
      with raspberries!
The ellagic acid in them protects skin from sun damage by blacking enzymes that break down collagen and
cause inflammation.
